Back in 2023, I was training for the Paris-Brest-Paris, a grueling 1,200 km bike ride across France. Unfortunately, I got injured during my final qualifier. But since our flights were already booked, we pivoted and turned the trip into a French vacation instead.

Last fall, Haley and I did a long weekend trip to the Twin Cities. Part of my bucket list is to visit every MLB team’s stadium. With the Angels coming to Minnesota, it seemed like a great opportunity to see Target field and Shohei Ohtani (aka the 🐐). Unfortunately, Shohei wound up getting hurt a few weeks before we arrived, but we still had a great time walking around and exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul. Back in September 2016, Haley and I travelled to Hawai’i for the first time. We started on Oahu for a few days, hopped over to Kaua’i for five days, then wrapped up on Maui for a few more days.

Over the fourth of July weekend in 2022, Haley and I ventured off to Chicago to do some sightseeing. We had an absolute blast seeing all the great architecture by boat and walking around the parks.
